Welcome to "Art Journal with the Moon", a podcast about learning how to practice magic, tend to the soul and do your deep emotional healing with your art journal and the moon hosted by Dana da Ponte. In this podcast, I share with you the comings and goings of the moon in the week ahead, my suggestions for how align with her energy in a creative way and my tips and tricks for art journaling with the moon.

This podcast is a blend of art, nature spirituality, and emotional healing, designed especially for highly sensitive souls who’ve known the echoes of trauma, revere nature and yearn for a life interwoven with magic, meaning, and connection. Here, we explore lunar cycles, seasonal shifts, and art journaling, to find our way back to the grounding rhythms of the natural world. The moon is our companion and the seasons our muse, guiding us to create, reflect, and grow through the colorful pages of our art journals.

Don’t worry. These magical and creative exercises are simple and more about the process than the end result. You don’t need an art journal. You can start with paper and pencil crayons. It's just between you and the moon anyway. Even if you’re not quite ready to start art journaling with the moon, simply tuning in to these episodes can still help you pick up on the rhythm of the seasons and the cycles of the moon. Your body and spirit will thank you for it. Living in tune with the natural forces around you helps you feel more peaceful and connected to the magic available in your everyday life.
